Working together

You follow the project.
From the first discussion to delivery.

Remote service throughout Brazil, with shared goals, scope and decisions. Understand what we agree on, how versions are reviewed and how delivery is prepared.

How we move forward together

Every stage has a decision.
And a next step.

Choose a stage to understand my part, your involvement and what we need to clarify before moving on.

We start with what needs to work.

We discuss your business, audience, problem and what already exists. An initial idea is enough to begin.

My part

Map the context, identify dependencies and organize the questions that affect the project.

Your involvement

Share priorities, references and information about the current operation.

What we establish

A starting point and the information needed to prepare the scope.

Scope brings clarity to the engagement.

The proposal organizes deliverables, boundaries and the order of work. Timing and investment depend on these decisions.

My part

Describe features and delivery criteria, including dependencies and costs we need to consider.

Your involvement

Review priorities, confirm the people responsible and evaluate the proposal terms.

What we establish

Scope, stages, investment and starting conditions, according to the approved proposal.

You see the project take shape.

Review versions let you evaluate the interface and flows before delivery. We agree on presentation points for each project.

My part

Develop and present the planned parts, explaining decisions and questions that need validation.

Your involvement

Try the demonstrated flows and gather clear feedback, preferably in a consolidated list.

What we establish

Documented adjustments and next steps. New features are assessed for their effect on scope.

Launch is part of the plan too.

We review the agreed flows and organize what is needed to use and maintain the solution.

My part

Prepare the agreed deployment and documentation, check settings and organize access handover.

Your involvement

Validate the agreed flows, make the required accounts available and identify who needs guidance.

What we establish

Delivery criteria checked, operational responsibilities and follow-up terms clarified.

Before development

What we agree on
should be easy to consult.

These points are defined in the proposal. You do not have to guess what is included.

Scope and priorities

Which pages, screens, flows and integrations belong in the first delivery? What depends on content, access or an external service? These decisions guide the plan.

Versions and adjustments

We agree on how you will see versions and share feedback. Review rounds, validation criteria and response timelines are defined for the project.

Changes along the way

A new idea can change effort, timing and investment. Before adding it, we assess the impact and agree on any scope update.

Timing, investment and dependencies

The proposal considers complexity, integrations and available information. Content, approvals, third-party accounts and environment access can affect the schedule.

After launch

Delivery, operation and evolution.
Clear terms for each part.

Hosting, maintenance and support can be part of the proposal based on your needs. Development does not automatically include ongoing service.

Hosting and accounts

Domains, servers, external services and app store accounts need defined ownership, costs and responsibilities. We can agree on setup and deployment in your environment.

Maintenance and evolution

Technical updates, fixes and new features have their own scope and terms. The proposal defines any included follow-up and what becomes a new request.

Support and assistance

We define channels, service hours, types of assistance and response times around your operation. These terms are recorded in the support proposal.

Preparing delivery

What we should review together.

A guide for the delivery conversation. Mark what you want to clarify; the selection stays on this page and does not constitute project acceptance.

How I work

Let’s understand your project.

Tell me your idea, goal and what you already have. You can also use the planner to organize that first summary.
